Another interesting candle holder that I made using Little Birdie's Craft Cement . I used a rectangular plastic container, covered it with thin plastic all over the sides, poured the cement and water mix of batter consistency in it, fill it much lesser than the half of its depth, say about a cm or so. Let it set for few minutes. I took a cylindrical shaped cardboard tube Smaller than the mould), wrapped a textured ,embroidered cloth around it. Place it in the mold touching it to the cement level already poured in it. Leave a gap from one side of it and let the other end touch the other side of the rectangular plastic mould. Tape it up strongly to fix it properly and then pour the cement water mix again.Fill it halfway up to the cylindrical mould. Let dry for 2 days. Remove from the mould. Remove the cardboard tube and there u are..u see a beautiful texture all over your candle holder. An elegant piece of art is ready to warm up and light your space :)
Very soon I will be posting the picture tutorial of the similar design. To stay tuned you can follow me on my blog here.
