A Vintage Mini Box

Hello friends...I am here today sharing with you all a cute little mini box that I made for someone having a love for vintage handmade stuff. Since I too am a vintage lover and so really enjoyed making this sweet little piece. This box is apt for gifting antique jewellery with a classic touch.Hope u like it :) Here are the detailed pics from different angles and closeups. Keep scrolling down to see few steps of image transfer technique using Itsy Bitsy' products...Instant Image Transfer Gel, Chalk Paints and Wooden Box

I am linking my project to the ongoing ItsyBitsy Challenge here....https://blog.itsybitsy.in/wooden-box-and-wooden-photo-frame-with-instant-image-transfer/

I am posting some pics here where I have used image transfer technique using Image Transfer Medium and Chalk Paints with some stamping done over it.

Select the Picture

Tear off the paper

Apply Image Transfer Gel

Paste it properly removing all the air bubbles..

After drying for few hours, wet it with your fingers or sponge..

Gently using pressure from fingers remove the paper slowly..

Using chalk colors create the shade and paint over the box..

I have applied very light color so that the natural effect of teakwood is seen through..

After painting you can stamp over it using the pigment inks.

Hope u like the project and thanks for stopping by....  :)
