With Valentine's Day just around the corner...i decided to alter a wooden box as a  Jewellery Box with decoupaging and using Dusty Attic's Corner Flourish # 4 which i cut into different parts to be designed,arranged and fit onto the lid of the box.....the chippies were first gessoed  and painted .  DA's moodboard's awesome pink roses inspired me to use those with a handmoulded pink heart . Used glitter to enhance its beauty as Jewellery Box. Lindy's sprays and Prima's Chalkboard Paints are used for coloring.Little stamping and done :)

A very warm Hello and a wish for a very Happy New Year to all my crafty friends :)

What a wonderful theme to begin  a wonderful Challenge with a new beginning by introducing oneself through one's own creation :)    More Than Words.. the picture,its backdrop,its elements,its color...everything will reflect about ones Personality. Although i am not a selfie freak but here i go with one of it...Natural...Smiling and Believing in Nature's Beautiful Existence...To me Nature is my Inspiration..the blooming flowers..the chirpy birds..the flight of butterflies...the unlimited skies..the poetic sunsets..the smiling sunrise..the cascading waterfalls...the calm rivers...the magnificent oceans..the sturdy mountains...the serene valleys...the whispering breeze...the wonders of Life teaching us the ways of Life :)   Ohh..i can go on and on...and the biggest message of Nature is ...Nothing is Permanent...so Cherish and Live every moment..life is short..time is quick...make memories by carving beautiful moments :)     

  I wonder at life's little miracles and Believe in Dreams, Love, Peace, Kindness...to me Happiness is to see a smile on someones face when u r the reason :)

Being sensitive,dedicated and sincere makes me prone to hurts but i gather myself, silently and secretly wiping out my tears and let the smile laugh again :)

Live and let live is the motto of my life...

To everything there is a reason, a time for every purpose under the heavens...

And yess...Crafting is my Passion...and i hope to make it big some day :) so here i go with my Personality layout.. here i have used papers from Blue Fern Studios and Heartfelt Creations...ripped it to form a collage . Used gorgeous Lindys sprays,Prima's stencils ,pastes,gesso etc...lots of handmade flowers ..metal charms...fussy cut some images...chippies...stamps..dies etc. Hope u like it...here is the link to the More Than Words January Challenge...

Angel of Love..

Hello my crafty friends...i am here today sharing with u all my entry for the lovely Lindys...i just cant stop loving these beautiful colors... This month's challenge is of very soft and subtle colors and it inspired me to create a love theme unlike the bright reds which are generally used ..! To begin is most deciding...well i just took an 8 by 8"canvas board...started priming and texturing it heavily with Prima Heavy Gesso and Stencils...didnt really could figure out what exactly i will make....had a rough image in mind...just went with the flow :)  I have been hoarding lot of craft stuff since years and this time my Eberhard Faber mould turned out lucky when i casted my angel with it sitting n smiling silently on my canvas :) Took Wycinanka Love frame chippy and surrounded it with handmade flowers with some coloring with Lindy;s sprays and gesso over it..made droplets using Glossy accents. Used Sizzix dies for twigs n branches and most importantly i used Lindy's spray colors that i had and which i could match closely to the color theme...those are...Sweet Violet Purple Teal, Sunset Pink,Lucky Shamrock Green,Jolly Roger Red,Wild Honeysuckle Coral.
