Hello friends..I am sharing one of my altered diaries again with my warmest and sincerest wishes whoever is seeing and reading this...Good things are coming your way :)

I have stamped and colored a pre printed paper that i took out from my stash and covered both the sides of the hard bound diary, the front and back both. On its spine i used some shabby laces,an old anklet, paper flowers sprinkled on with glitters.Some metal embellishments of which the clock is most prominent.I stamped the sentiment with heat embossing technique and finished it with black ribbons as its tie.

Mom, I love you..

To me not just today but every day is a Mother's Day...without her love, support and unconditional love I would not have my existence. She gave me a beautiful gift of life filled with love,care,her sacrifices,and so much more that my words will fail to describe her selfless being, her ever showering love on me. I can never repay her and never say enough thanks for what she has been doing for me...I pray to Almighty to grant her a very long life with good health and happiness always...Amen.

Here is my new mixed media creation for my Mom..a journal cum organizer which she can use to write and treasure it and everytime she sees it I want her to know how much I owe to her and how much I love,respect and adore her...a very very small gift but filled with gratitude and love for her..

Technique :

I first transferred the  image printout onto the canvas by applying heavy gel on the canvas and placing the printed side over it. Let it dry and then peel off the paper by wetting the fingertips and gently removing the paper off the canvas leaving the image being transferred onto the canvas.

Using the sentiments stamps, I stamped the texts over the image with Onyx Black Versafine Ink.

I used archival inks and memento inks to colour the blank canvas around the image.

Using stencils I applied texture around the sides of the canvas. let it dry. Used the waxes over it and around giving a vintage look to it.

Arranged the flowers and glued it with a glue gun.

Adhere the finished canvas onto the leather Journal.

Yes,here I am again up with my new creation ...a Memory Notebook...

After Pasting the papers on both sides of hardbound journal with texturing with stencils and inks,I used textured paper and fabric lace for the spine along with some pearls,adding flowers and fillers.

 and made a shaker window with lots of sequins,beads n pearls.

Here is my new creation where i have altered a diary cover using some beautiful papers from my stash,fluffy laces,flowers, textured effects using pastes and stencils,sprays and the most eye catching feature here is the shaker circle with a butterfly seen shining through pearls,blings,beads and glitters :)
